Motivational Speakers are operating under the premise that a strategy will work for you because it worked for them

Many of them are highly successful in their own careers but they apply all untestable approaches that may not necessarily apply to others in similar situations. We can easily enhance our personal and professional success by observing and modeling the behavior of skilled leaders and obviously with our own personal experiences.

Our success requires a willingness to accept constructive criticism. This type of feedback is not a sign of weakness or a judgmental evaluation, but as an opportunity to learn and enhance personal growth. Solidifying your future anywhere requires work and effort.
